Well, I was hired as a Graphic Designer and I was not told that I will be doing photography work and edit images, color correct them like a photographer does. It was so hard to be thrown into that without experience in photography. While I know photoshop, I had no idea how to edit images like a Photographer. The team of designers are all African American. No diversity. There is a middle man when it comes to designing. One person approves your work, the other doesnt. So they go back and forth with you. There is no system when it comes to designing. You are stuck in the middle not knowing who to please. Senior Designer is snappy and not as supportive. There is no teamwork.
