Accountability needs to start at the top. Upper Manager will scramble to make himself look top notch to ownership as well as key players, while sabotaging own tech staff with poor hiring decisions. This company consistently puts too much pressure on lowest paid workers. Installation team consistently has to correct poor engineering to make projects work, poor and incomplete project packages. Installation techs are underpaid, and this results in a revolving door of installers. Upper Manager exacerbates this situation by trying to save money by underpaying installation techs, and putting out inconsistent messaging regarding hiring practices. Will consistently fire and re-hire versus trying to create an atmosphere of making technicians better. Company needs help with HR. High volatility.
