Favoritism is obvious. They get all the opportunities despite not showing results. Most managerial-level employee claimed to escape the corporate world due to politics but brought their politics out into the open into the organization. Good work is not recognised unless you are on the favoritism list. Being told that management is disappointed at negative feedbacks rather than improving the organisation based on the feedback.
