First is the Culture, we work as a Team here but in working as a team you must be accountable and a good team member. we also do have a "family' oriented culture which is emphasized by all the group events we have, Family fun days, team building, etc. the Tools are provided for your success and growth , but you must use them and DO THE WORK its ultimately up to the individual to learn and grow personally and professionally. AB & SH will make you think and will empower you to lead, but they will not give you all the answers , hence the company books that are required to read. Benefits are outstanding, my wife needed major medical help with a double organ failure and heath insurance covered completely. also relocation was completely covered and a down payment for a home was provided with no repayment if you stayed on for 5 years. PTO ( personal time off ) is Generous in 9 yrs. I have never used all my yearly PTO. Learning events are encouraged and you can choose ones to attend. The boss is never looking over your shoulder as they respect your integrity. if you feel married to the company it is because you want to be, not because your forced. best company I've ever worked for. You don't get asked to leave unless there is a reason, a big reason, or you quit. even then they do an exit interview so they can find out how the company failed you. who does that?

Every company has cons, and maybe bothersome idiosyncrasies. if you don't have the core values in your heart you will not like this job.

They HAD good PTO (20 days) and 401k match. Still have good medical insurance. Average dental and vision. Now have normal PTO (10 days), no match to 401k.

Complete hypocrisy with their core values. Cliques with old Cannon employees have killed all morale with anyone from Stack-On or later. Claim to be all about continuous improvement yet are happy to do things how they've always done them and are hostile to new ways. They don't have cash to pay vendors and have damaged all relationships, many beyond repair. They have angered many customers through gross lack of communication from sales managers, most of whom are clueless to the company situation. The lack of transparency and honesty are laughable. Self service is the way of life. You will do the work of 3 people because the leadership doesn't understand the work done by employees. They have done harm to the brand names and don't have a path forward.
