The clients and the staff are amazing

Upper management is horrible and shady. They don’t deserve their jobs as head as a HUMAN SERVICE organization because it’s requires morals to do so and they obviously have none. They will illegally dismiss you if they don’t like you. They honestly don’t have clue what’s going on with their clients. Constantly getting audited by the government because of unsafe and unhealthy conditions reported through employees.

Fun environment and contributing to meaningful change and support in the community makes work fulfilling.

High turnover, stress, pay benefits and vacation not competitive
