I haven't worked for Alpha Innova for that long but in the short period of time that I have i've been give every opportunity to progress and be helped to do so. The management team make sure you have all the skills and tools that you need to progress in the business and I have learnt a lot in the short time I have been here.
So far I have learnt so many skills in business, customer service, sales, marketing and leadership and I know that I will have a very long and successful career with Alpha Innova.
I had moved from a similar role where I was promised the world and nothing ever materialised but with this company I know the hard work i put in will most definitely pay off, I have been promoted once already and I really enjoy coming to work every day which not many people can say.

Its a really face paced working environment so you have to be on your toes, but the managers and leaders make sure nobody is ever left behind and its great to have such a positive working environment.
