Very technical and renewed organization with a pan African status. Very good Corporate Service Director who listens to the plight of staff and hope to make the workplace less toxic. Excellent HR team with great ideas to improve work conditions but having senior management as blockers.

They don't remit pension, NHF and Tax deducted from staff salaries until months after staff exit. They owe the staff cooperative a whole lot that staff can't access loans from the cooperative. They owe several vendors a whole lot that vendors block some new businesses for the company. They don't remit the appropriate amount of tax, having double audited accounts for management and tax purposes. Staff salary structure is very poor, leading to very high effective tax rate and very low benefits for staff. Imagine a BHT totalling 13% of staff emoluments. Poor work-life -balance in some units.
