1. Irresponsible managers(manager knows nothing happening inside a team what ever lead suggests that would be final rating given to an employee) 2. Unlawful work environment (collegues are not at all co operative. Teamspirit is a big joke) 3.No one in the company works or atleast pretend to work for company or project( everyone inside the team especially I faced were selfish and arrogant) 4. No new thought process were encouraged only sterotypic old school employees always nodding their heads to a repetative tasks nothing innovative is accepted 5. Communication skills in the team would be the joke of the decade I found. Everyone uses native languages and can't even speak couple of minutes in english. I understand english is just a tool and all but basic knowledge on it also to be there to just understand situations gar better. I don't know how a multinational based company hired people who are no where out in the language. 6. Everyone in the company somewhere or the other(especially in my team) always work hard only to pull their collegues back and nothing personal is the quote used after backstabbing. Literally this company would excel if all of its employees were into politics. 7. Not at all recommended for freshers. Because due to dirty politics inside the company if you can't fit into it you will definetly regret to start a career into it.
