They got the worst people at dispatch. Everyone shows bossism and no one really cares when a fellow employee is in trouble. Dispatch people are rude and demanding. No proper timings maintained by them and they call you suddenly in the night and ask to go to a site. Heavy work will be imposed to some people, however, dispatch people give easier works to their friends and that is really bad. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this company. Worst company I ever worked with.
