In a rapidly growing start-up within an ever-changing industry, there are bound to be some hiccups, and the organization has had it's fair share. Under new leadership with a strong emphasis on culture and accountability, AlphaCare is truly a unique opportunity for the right people to get in and create something to be proud of. I am constantly impressed with the creativity and intelligence of my coworkers, who are not afraid to dig in and get their hands dirty. The teamwork and cooperation have increased as changes are implemented, and the environment continues to evolve into a positive and enjoyable place to work.

The organization had some growing pains, but continues to develop in a positive direction.

They do not promote internally the way they should. Hard work isn't always acknowledged, so there are a few people in positions they don't deserve and others who are not fully compensated/appreciated as thy should be. Moral is low.
