The concerns you raise about biases and discrimination are deeply troubling. We want to assure you that we do not tolerate discrimination of any form and are continuously working to foster an environment where everyone feels valued and recognised for their contributions. We encourage all our team members to raise any concerns and we provide various platforms (People Team members, surveys, anonymous complaint forms etc.) where our employees can share feedback in a protected way.
We appreciate your feedback on the lack of recognition and promotion opportunities. We want to assure you that our goal is to create a fair and merit-based system that rewards hard work and commitment, regardless of background. To align with this goal, we have launched various initiatives in the past few months to provide training and pathways to promotion for SDRs that have resulted in numerous successful internal promotions and we will keep building on this as we grow. Promotions undergo a structured interview and decision process and thorough independent review from our People Team to ensure equal opportunity is given to all members of the team.
