      You have a lot of responsibility and enjoyed working with my team. Great if you are a workaholic and don’t want any life other than work.

      I left because of burnout. The hours are crazy long and you never get a break and are expected to work even after you get home. No free time or balance at all. Very stressful and competitive. Most assisted are working 8 am till 7pm and expect to still work at night as late as 10 pm. It’s too much if they expect someone to last more than a year or two. Treat employees better and respect their needs as well as the client. If you take care of your employees they will take care of the business.

      All around really great people culture, for the most part everyone is super driven and willing to help You definitley do earn early responsibility especially if you show early aptitude It's fun getting to own client relationship at a young age

      Work and day can be tedious and feel repetitive, you must like talking to people all day, every day The hurdle performance tracking can be stressful for younger Associates Increasingly tighter competition as clients seek to find cheaper alternatives Exit opportunities can feel limited to account management/customer success work
