The people. A lot of teaming up and gossiping in the team that creates mean girl energy. Feedback is very creative as it is not based on your job performance or numbers, it is ONLY based on what people say behind your back (which is most of the time false/invented). Lots of uncontrolled jealousy coming from senior associates if you are young and likeable ( you will get reported about things you have never done just out of jealousy). A very unprofessional team.

It is not a place where you can coast, and you need to be comfortable working under commercial pressure. Resilience is Key: Sourcing and recruiting require a great deal of resilience. You have to be comfortable with rejection and persistent in finding creative solutions to hit your targets.
