Many people's jobs "eliminated" outside of layoffs. 2 plant closures in last 3 years. Very high turnover at all levels of organization from shop floor to managers and leadership. Company grew by acquiring through leverage and debt. Debt repayment has led to severe profitability and liquidity issues. Private equity owners had to undertake $50 million bailout in 2022 to prevent default.
