Salary never on time No Incentives for 1 year (everything is given to manager) Fixed Upper Management ( no new employees stay more than 6 month) Every decision is up to the management no policies will work Indian office is like a cheap room on rent where shoes are not allowed inside. They are a bunch of sales person, nothing sort of corporate behaviour
