If you like uptown you will like being in the midst of activity. Dress is casual. Frontline staff is friendly. Free coffee and snacks.

Management is very poor. Upper management has no contact with their frontline staff. Poor culture with micromanaging of customer service staff. No attendance policy so a sick day could turn into a written warning and don’t be surprised if you get thrown back into the phone queue. HR says they want and need to create a better employee culture so they can stop high attrition but little action is taken to do so. Training is inadequate with out of date materials. Make sure you don’t ask clarifying questions or make suggestions. Just get in your seat and answer the phone. You have 3 minutes though so make it quick. Also you have to pay for parking.

Company cares about their employees, provides initial training and coaching, the benefits are good, PTO policy is probably the best I have seen. Remote work opportunities are available across a wide range of products.
