It is not possible to ever complete tasks and absolutely imperative to take work home or else be threatened to be written up, etc. - senior staff are not well-trained - senior staff are not available or receptive to concerns - responsibilities of paraprofessionals outweigh that of senior staff - low salary - extremely difficult to balance work/life
