Great co-workers. Fun days where you work constantly on excellent fire department records management software. Good flexibility with schedule. Easy proprietary programs to master. Great experience dealing with a variety of people.

Poor company direction when I left. Decisions are made on a case by case basis so it is tough to judge what to say to specific customers. Haphazard software development for software that has been pieced together over the course of 20+ years. No formal training.

Friendly work environment, people care about each other. Laid back when it comes to the office life, as long as you are getting your things done

Outdated technology. Poor upper management when it comes to behavior and creating an enjoyable environment. Company was purchased recently, so I don't know if this has changed
