For the production plant staff there is no consideration of anything, expected to work long hours or not enough all depending on management convenience. Plant too hot during summer so people working in hot conditions. Some areas of the plant with infested with pests. Not well-being culture for plant staff just work even if you are sick or you will get the hours reduced or fired.
