I started out the process through a mentorship from a Chase Bank. I was connected to the Los Angeles branch through David and in the beginning we discussed all of my needs and wants and my goals. It took the process over Four months two days from funding I was no longer communicated with. I was told that because I moved to a different state I was not allowed to get funding. I was told to work with a different branch the Texas branch never received a call from the branch to discuss my goals I sent various emails with concerns of the long process. I had contracts that were waiting to be fulfilled and was holding out. Hoping that all this time WOULD come through for me, but they did not. They broke a lot of promises told a lot of lies, and at the end I lost out on very lucrative contracts due to their lack of understanding, clarity and, communication. I did not understand why where I personally reside had anything to do with losing out on funding two days before I was supposed to be funded. my business still resided in the same state that I applied for, but I was told because of where I personally reside, and because of inconsistencies, they would not fund me. This is both the LA and the Texas branch even though I never spoke a word to the Texas branch, I believe this company is very misleading to small businesses and if you do not have millions or thousands of dollars in the bank and a minority own business, they will give you the runaround get your hopes up and then leave you hanging whatever you do PLEASE DONT WORK with this company; don’t give them your time don’t give them paperwork because; all they will do is hurt you deeply in the end, especially if you’re a woman and of minority background, they get you all hyped up they do not talk to you with care and compassion. They simply do not care. I wish that I was able to fund my business to expand. I had a lot of contracts waiting on me I had a lot of people depending on me and I was let down whatever you do please stay away from this company. Try to find another way. Find another company that is willing to work with you, but this company is not it. and whatever you do, please do not ever speak to David because he will mislead you and have no compassion for what you’re going through. If you try to get communications they will never call you back. Ignore your calls and emails and then when you call them out and tell them they’re wrong they call you unproductive and cut all communication with you .
