Just NO - Recensione dipendente - Behavioral Specialist presso AltaPointe Health

The HR Department is completely corrupt. The pay is disgustingly low considering the field, national average, and delicacy of the job. They do not care about their employees. Get sick? Don't even. They do not accept doctor's notes. Several employees had surgeries and were not released by their doctors to return to work. AltaPointe said "Return to work or you are fired." They do not promote from within. If you need to reach someone in HR, good luck. They do not reply to emails, voicemails, or messages left with the front desk. This is a toxic environment to work in considering the lack of consideration for the employees.
