One week you will receive a bonus for your work performance, followed by layoffs the next week. This makes employees more concerned with protecting themselves than performing quality work. - More conversations occur on providing the appearance of a working product than actually improving the product. This results in unrealistic expectations towards the customers. - Leadership actively conceals problems at the expense of customers and employees. Example - this company has received several valid negative reviews on glassdoor. I do not know where these reviews went - but looking at the similar dates and titles of the positive postings you can see it is nothing but a deliberate effort by leadership to post positive reviews of their own company with intellectually dishonest "cons".
