-Steep learning curve for those not previously involved in NYC sustainability standards
-Due to the fact that many team members work remotely and across different time zones, there were instances when communication was challenging, leading to some misalignment in understanding/expectations
-Noticed that there was a sense of frustration about disorganization, I don't think I was there long enough to understand the extent
-I was the only intern during 2024 summer, I believe that having another intern in the office would have enhanced the experience
