Work from home and flexibility. At least when I was here. I’ve heard that is changing and in office days are required starting this month.

This was one of the worst companies I worked at. It took leaving here to realize how over worked and underpaid I was. I do a quarter of the work now and get paid significantly more. The new (I believe he came on board in early 2021) CEO has made this place an awful working environment. It was wonderful when the old leadership was there! You have to log every 15 minutes of your day on your time sheet every day, and as a salaried employee you’ll be told that working 8 hours every day seems suspicious. So essentially most of my coworkers just lied and put random hours so they didn’t get in trouble. 8.25 one day, 8 the next, 7.75 after that etc. It was so ridiculous. There’s no path for professional development, although they claim there is. When I asked to get additional training, I was told they couldn’t afford that. They are so desperate for staff to stay that they had to literally beg an employee to not leave after they had given a notice. Take these reviews seriously and work elsewhere! I’ve yet to hear a single former employee say they regret their choice to leave.
