Huge mistake for anyone - Recensione dipendente - Animal Science Technician presso Altasciences

Poor work environment, lack of/inconsistent training, poor communication, horrible benefits, miserable pay, no employee support (even when reaching out to human resources multiple times). They promote animal welfare but if an issue is raised you are told to not discuss it or report it. Data is skewed or misrepresented to protect results. Bullying and harassment is common. Zero work life balance. Literally the worst mistake of my life. Actively looking for another position even at less pay if the benefits or work conditions are better.
