Good Pay and Not too stressful job task

Rude and evil managment that does not care for you

Colleagues are good people and care about their work. Everyone gets along fairly well. It is a good opportunity in an area which does not have much industry at all. Location is in a beautiful area.

There is much madness with no method. Communication is terrible. Especially from upper management. Many agendas. People do 180's depending on who is listening and nothing ever is finished. Lower managers have no ability to take ownership.
