The engineering environment feels quite chaotic and lacks clear structure. Processes, priorities, and responsibilities are not well defined, which makes it hard to work efficiently and deliver stable results. The onboarding process is weak. There is not enough documentation or guidance, so new employees may struggle to understand the system and become productive. Engineering leadership (CTO Alteos) does not provide a clear technical direction. Decisions often seem reactive instead of planned. The design process is inconsistent and not well organized, which leads to confusion and rework. In many cases, tasks are done without clear purpose or understanding of the bigger picture. This reduces motivation and overall effectiveness. Overall: I would not recommend this company to engineers who are looking for a structured environment with clear processes and strong technical leadership.

I think it's great how important the culture is for everyone. Management invests a lot, not just in the numbers, but also in creating a place where everyone feels welcome. We have very flat hierarchies and I can voice my ideas and concerns on any topic to anyone - it's a place of mutual respect and team play.

The only thing, really, is that the teams are quite small in some cases, so there aren't many opportunities for further career progression (e.g. a management position). But you can continue your education and learn many topics and thus specialise.
