- Management not knowing the key reason for the high turnover is a problem by itself - No proper training provided and no proper time allocated for you to attend training (tell that to the management and they will tell you that training is provided; but at the expense of your work life balance when work is still due?) - Lots of admin work to do on top of the current job scope - Poor IT Infrastructure (I can take more than a month for all my IT to be set up when I join). - Do not allow you to use the annual package to nego pay (because their bonus is really pathetic: worst I've ever seen in any company in all honestly)
