      Great group of people. Seem to care about the employees. Hybrid work, majority WFH (2 Office/3 Home)

      Salary is much lower than industry average. Bonus information is unknown at this time - very vague when inquired. Medical benefits are very high compared to industry average. Based on Alter Domus performance, they should reward employees more by contributing more to insurance premiums and having a much higher bonus structure - starting at 20% (based on firm and employee performance)

      Compensation should be higher, understaffed for the amount of work our team handles. Micromanaging is annoying.
