Internal systems feel a bit antiquated and not as progressive as you’d expect from a tech company, which can occasionally slow down processes. While not bureaucratic, modernising these systems could enhance efficiency.

Not for people who just want to collect pay check and go home. Must try to grow to get rewards.
- Remote work offers good work-life balance.
- Numerous opportunities to work with other team members and expand knowledge.

- Hard-working employees get more work pushed on them without any pay raises.
- Most of the middle management are under qualified and are more interested in protecting themselves rather than their teams.
- Executive leadership is clueless.
- Company can't keep up with the industry competition because employees with expertise and experience keep leaving for greener pastures. As a result the company keeps bleeding clients year over year with very little long-term prospects.
