Working at Alternative Path was one of the most demoralizing experiences of my career. The environment is suffocating micromanagement, endless hours, and zero appreciation for employees’ time or well-being. Leadership runs on fear and control, not trust or respect. It feels like people are treated as replaceable machines rather than human beings. The culture is deeply toxic, with high turnover and constant burnout. There’s no support, no transparency, and no genuine leadership. If you value your mental health, work-life balance, or professional dignity: stay far away.
