Self-scheduling; hybrid (remote/office) work, 2 weeks vacation and 2 weeks of pto from day 1; 3 weeks of vacation after a year; casual dress code; solid benefits; 13 paid holidays; and a fantastic environment to learn in. I began at AP as an intern; became a therapist, and now, I’m the clinical director. There have been good managers and some who were not so great. With all new leadership, we are working to bring the fun back to this amazing agency. Seriously, an amazing place to learn and gain experience.
