Great people to work with, nice office, good events with the team. I've joined the team as a trainee and it was one of the best moments for me to grow and learn. The pace is fast, in a way that if you're a "hands on craft", you will have fun. The marketing is quite organized with briefs, making the work flow nicely. The office is also very diverse, people from everywhere, and all different backgrounds made me feel comfortable. Dog friendly office, made my heart melt every other week.

Only thing I missed sometimes was the feedback about some campaigns. We know not 100% of campaigns succeed so well, so, for my own improvement and to understand the client's journey, I would like to have known more about what to do or not to do.
