The company develops a complex and unique product with a lot of potential for future growth. Working here is challenging, rewarding, and fun at the same time. A place where the CEO(s) is as approachable as any other employee.

      Because the terrible and useless leadership of AlternativeSoft, most employees here are on the brink of going insane! The intense pressure and overwhelming stress from the bossy management will really get to you once you've been here for long enough. I do not recommend enduring this kind of work environment for your own sake.
