Lots of changes with the recent transfer of ownership, volatile outlook, mission was constantly changing. Interdepartmental communication is lackluster, and this culture creates a reactive environment, leaving many tasks across the company incomplete or only complete “enough” so the next team can take over. Procedure is not standardized and personnel are minimally supported, effecting the quality of work across the board.
