Worst experience of my career - Recensione dipendente - Senior Product Support Engineer presso Altimetrik

I will start by saying Altimetrik is almost same as a third party payroll company. While joining they would paint a completely different picture than what it is you are getting into. I was deployed in client location for Intuit account. Within 7 days I was scared seeing the way Altimetrik employees get treated there. Altimetrik management knows everything but they can't do anything as this is one of their biggest clients. Disrespectful people all around (as you are a Contractor), hearing that 'you may lose your job' everyday, ineffective Altimetrik side manager who is not even sure about how long she can keep her job are the few points which I would like to highlight among many other points. I have never seen or experienced a more toxic work environment. Finally I resigned within 4 months and had to serve 2 months of notice period as per policy. So I would say think twice before joining Altimetrik.
