Svantaggi
This was such an incredibly toxic work environment. Constant fire drills, complete and total disorganization. Management was completely clueless about how anything worked and were constantly under the gun to create new charts for Exec team to showcase the latest cooked numbers. Reports needed to be in extremely particular color coded formats, to satisfy multiple higher level's OCD (only reason given: "Hey can you remove blue from this report -- They don't like blue") There were, additionally, multiple ethnically divided groups with large amounts of power that were constantly in power struggle. It was insane to witness. The data provided to teams to work with was nearly aways completely wrong, and intentionally kept that way to exert pressure in internal politics by one of the members of JUST ONE of the groups. When it became known that I was not of a certain ethnic group, even though I appeared to be (don't mention which holidays you celebrate, folks) I was reprimanded by someone above me and placed on track to be fired, all above board of course ;) Working here was a fever dream, I cannot imagine that it is anything more than some kind of intel gathering operation. Do all your design in the cloud! hahah, GREAT IDEA! By the way, this keeps getting rejected for: "We determined your review does not meet these guidelines because you have mentioned or discussed yourself or another individual by name, title or association. As part of our guidelines, we do not allow users within their reviews to single out themselves or non-C-level executives in a negative light. We only permit discussion of specific individuals when they are C-level executives" I have mentioned no one by name, title, or association. Stop censoring, Glassdoor, people need to be aware of what they are signing up for if they work here
