      I really enjoy working for CCC. Has its ups and downs like any company. In my opinion the pay is great, benefits are fairly good (health insurance could be better), 401K with company match, and PTO is pretty good.

      Difficult for advancement at plant level. Corporate always has turnover and moves people around positions.

      I have been at Altium Packaging now for almost four years working here in our corporate office in Atlanta, GA. I can genuinely say that I love working here and appreciate all of the people that I get to work with every day. Everyone is willing to step in and help and very fortunate to work with such great leaders.

      The return to the office policy is a little strict but having a manager that is flexible and willing to work with me has made that much easier.

      There are some really good people still there. And there are still positives from the former culture.

      New Leadership has dramatically changed the culture for the worse. Ask a lot of questions if you’re interviewing. The team will likely be cut to the bone to prepare for an eventual sale.
