Overall, working for Altius is a nightmare. There is terrible communication, unfair pay, and an unprofessional work environment. Employees are often required to fulfill tasks beyond their job description (without compensation) to make up for the lack of organization. The CEO and top executives are selfish and unaware of the necessary structures within the company. They implement unnecessary and complicated changes and ignore the suggestions of trusted leaders and what actually needs to be addressed. They blame all issues on the employees and rarely take responsibility for their own actions. Even after being around for 15+ years and claiming to be a "fast-growing company", Altius still functions as a 2-year-old company.
