York Apartments - HP Altman - Recensione dipendente - Leasing Consultant presso Altman Management

York Apartments is not a friendly working environment, I would even say hostile. Employees are often belittled and treated like incompetent children. We are treated disrespectfully and the Manager sets us up to be blamed by not informing the employees of changes in policy. I have worked for a lot of employers over the years and this has absolutely been my worst experience. I have never had any manager who is so mean, selfish and petty. Complaints are not kept confidential. There has been no assistance on the regional management level;, nor has HR been cooperative or receptive. The current regional manager does not even say hello when she comes in to the office. Actually, other than a forced hello when she first came to the property, she has not even spoken to the staff. She has been openly hostile. She actually sneered at me as she walked past. I was sitting quietly at my desk working and had given her a polite smile. Complaints are not kept confidential.
