Inconsistent company wide policies and procedures that change back and forth weekly. No uniformity about rule enforcement or rule procedures. If you take a week off. You can come back to a new process and procedure. take another week off, they mat have reverted back to procedures from months ago.
Shift leads on Power Trips and nitpick and harass drivers during clock in and clock out procedures. Some shift leads put too much emphasis on dress code when many shift leads don't follow the dress code themselves. (ie: shoe color, hat wearing before and after clock in)
Phone splitter distribution is bad good. Sometimes you'll have a splitter, sometimes you won't.
Redundant and common sense safety announcements hourly while driving. Usually same tips from training. Rarely any pertinent information regarding actual shifts, just a lot of reminders and threats about app sign in status multiple times a day.
Inconsistent and shotty cleanliness of cars. I have started shifts with bags of food underneath the passenger seat floor, sticky steering wheels, trash in the back seat. Not enough emphasis on interior cleanliness.
Destination filter is highly unreliable and sometimes shift leads will make you turn it on when they do the app checks, even though you may get a ride as soon as you turn it on, then you have to cancel it, which is detrimental to your drive rating.
