Too many tasks to handle that cause overwhelming state. Profit sharing (?) not true Definitely no work-life balance. Applying for time-offs are too difficult for approval. They will ask you to ask someone for replacement when applying for time-offs!

Flexible, allowed to work autonomously. Management approach is more towards getting the job done rather than meeting KPIs. Though the metrics are still there of course.
