Vantaggi
Altrata has a great cast of employees that are driven in their day-to-day. Really great work-life balance offering between remote work and option to come into the office.
The company as a whole makes a great effort to accommodate the needs of the workforce and shows appreciation for those who continue to show results.
Svantaggi
Leadership has struggled a bit over the years with constant changes to C-Suite and general lack of direction/guidance from the ownership group, who seem solely focused on revenue growth (justifiably so).
The products and services Altrata offer have great value with the customer base, but there remains a lack of market recognition and it feels like there's a big gap/disconnect between the client-facing team and those developing and influencing the product. There could be major improvements to overall cohesion between data/product/tech/marketing/sales so that everyone is on the same page about how the products impact and benefit the customers.
Talent hiring also been questionable in the past. Not many new hires last long or show reliable growth that contributes to the growth of the company. It seems like hiring is largely based around "cultural fit" instead of objective business fit.
