Not a lot of training from upper managament on certain parts of the elecitrical trade or business

(1) If you work in wholesale sales you will be well looked after with some good morale going on; (2) Generally the assemblers are nice guys and good fun; Ditto downstairs staff. (3) You are in Northbridge so it's not a long distance from cafes/eateries at lunch time.

1) No interest in providing/organising OSH training for staff (called WHS in other states.) PPE often not worn, heavy lifting for assemblers; (2) Cronyism affecting morale of others; (3) Retail sales staff poorly paid; (4) Company in general thoroughly sales-focussed, not so much quality-of-product-focussed (creates poor morale.)
