Completely misguided and lack of leadership. Most inexperienced colleagues rely on veterans that have been in the industry to resolve issues. Any escalations to management are generally turned down with no resolution in sight. Company is going nowhere fast and the company goals set are impossibly out of reach. They had 2 layoffs within a year and will likely be dissolved or acquired if they don't receive another round of VC funding. Check online and look at how many rounds of funding they have received. Advisors are losing faith and pretty soon, they won't have any customers to continue on as a business.
Do not apply and consider going elsewhere. You are wasting your talents at this firm. The CEO is completely out of touch and pays writers to fluff up his image in blogs for online marketing.
