Well, if you are looking for an organisation where skills and talent is appreciated then Altudo is the best example for it. I was impressed with the on-boarding and induction process when I joined, the HR policies are as per industry standards. Hired as a project manager, I have been allocated to different projects in this time span wherein I worked with different set of people all together. Everyone in the organization is very friendly and knowledgeable. There are quite a few policies around bonuses that one can earn because of project success/excellence. In the last two years I have been to on-site twice which I was not expecting to happen this soon. Every month different types of activities are organised to take the work load off and awards are distributed to the best performers of the specific month. Never got denied to work from home whenever I requested, which is not appreciated in many organisations till date. Appraisals are done on time and are well deserved depending on the individual’s performance. I have been recommended many online/offline trainings which has helped me grow both on personal and professional level and amounts for these have always been reimbursed by the company on time. To conclude – Altudo is a fast growing company and I can see a lot of opportunities in foreseeable future.
