Despite constantly shifting priorities—sometimes pivoting direction every 6 to 12 months—they do their best to adapt and deliver. Their dedication is admirable, But it's stretched thin by a lack of stability and realistic planning.

My experience with AlumaPower Corporation has been deeply disappointing and concerning. The company consistently misrepresents the readiness of its technology, exaggerates achievements, and downplays risks—creating a misleading narrative for both customers and investors. These misstatements not only erode trust but also jeopardize the integrity of the business.
Leadership operates with little to no strategic direction, frequently pivoting without clear communication or rationale. Employees are left to navigate shifting priorities with minimal guidance, which fosters confusion and instability across teams.
Perhaps most troubling is the company’s disregard for employee well-being. For years, the urgency to meet deliverables has taken precedence over health and safety. Excessive overtime and relentless crunch periods are not exceptions—they are the norm. Speaking out about these issues or raising legitimate concerns is met with retaliation, including termination.
This is not a sustainable or ethical way to run a company. Transparency, accountability, and respect for personnel should be foundational values—not afterthoughts.
