Everyone at this company works well together. People are like family and every person has his or her role in making the office a better place. Doug and Steve (The CEOs) do a good job of taking care of the employees although more of the direct interaction is handled by Brant (The COO). The environment is great and people are always encouraging. I see that the company is going places.

I was an IT guy and worked primarily in the basement IT room. It could do for some serious renovation as it is clearly the least inviting place in the building.
