HIGH turnover of employees, especially recently. Many very valuable and hardworking people have left due to issues with middle and upper management. If you are a diligent, hardworking or driven person, expect to be completely burnt out within the first 6 months. The company motto is to run "lean" and yet many departments seem inflated with unnecessary new hires and promotions while other departments have to justify headcounts of less than twenty people. There is a reoccurring issue of new hires getting paid well over what employees of 2+ years are making and asking for a raise or promotion is futile. HR department is completely useless and sometimes hostile to employees. The company also seems to retain "problem people" and refuses to penalize poor performance, unprofessional behavior, etc.
