Poor office Bad location Incredibly Boring Work Mundane, repetitive weekly maintenance duties No training at all Low salary. Arrogant management - they look at you furious and treat you like you are stupid when you don't know something. 98% of knowledge is held by one person in the team, everyone else had no idea what they are doing. Honestly is a crap job. There are no shops or cafes for miles around so the only place to eat is the cafe in the office, which serves terrible bad, bland food.
